Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] for using Persona Studio. By creating an account you accept them.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.

What the service does

Persona Studio lets you create fictional AI personas, generate photos, videos and voice for them, and post or schedule that content to social accounts you connect. AI generation runs on your own AI provider keys (OpenRouter, Anthropic), so those providers' charges are billed to you by them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Persona Studio to create or post content that:

• imitates a real person, or uses someone's face or voice without their consent;
• attacks or demeans people for who they are (nationality, immigration status, ethnicity, race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or age);
• threatens, harasses or calls for harm against anyone;
• is sexual and involves, or appears to involve, minors;
• presents false claims about real people or companies as fact, or is meant to mislead people about what's real;
• breaks the law, or the rules of the platforms you post to.

You're responsible for what you post, including disclosing that content is AI-generated where the law or a platform requires it. We may refuse requests, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in what you upload and create, subject to the terms of the AI providers you use. You give us the limited permission we need to store, process and post it for you. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.

Connected social accounts

When you connect Instagram, a Facebook Page, YouTube or TikTok, we post only what you send or schedule. Those platforms' own terms apply to your posts — for YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect at any time.

Plans and payment

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

AI output can be wrong, unexpected or similar to other content; review everything before you post it. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
