Data Deletion

You can delete your data from Persona Studio in any of these ways:

Delete everything

Sign in, open Settings and choose Delete my account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, personas, uploads, photos, videos, voices, AI keys, connected social accounts, scheduled posts and usage records, including the files.

Remove a social account

In Accounts, click Disconnect next to the account. We delete its access tokens and cancel posts scheduled to it. Posts already published stay on that platform; delete them there.

From Facebook or Instagram

In Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, or in Instagram go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find Persona Studio and remove it. Meta tells us automatically, and we delete every Facebook Page or Instagram connection made with that account. You'll get a confirmation code you can check on this page.

By email

Email [privacy@aipersonastudio.com] from your account's email address and we'll delete your data within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
