Privacy Policy

Persona Studio (“we”, “us”) is operated by [Company legal name]. This policy explains what we collect when you use Persona Studio at https://aipersonastudio.com, why, who we share it with, and how to delete it.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email address and a hashed password. A session cookie keeps you signed in; we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
• What you upload: photos, voice samples, product photos and text prompts you give us to create your AI personas and posts.
• What you create: the personas, images, videos, voice clips, captions and schedules made in the app.
• Your AI provider keys: the OpenRouter or Anthropic API keys you add, stored encrypted and used only to make requests you ask for.
• Connected social accounts: when you connect Instagram, a Facebook Page, YouTube or TikTok, we receive and store (encrypted) the access tokens those platforms give us, plus the account or Page name and ID, and your app-scoped user ID on that platform. We don't read your followers, messages, comments or other posts.
• Usage records: which AI models ran for your creations and what they cost, so we can show you your spending.

How we use it

• To create the content you ask for, using AI models through your own provider keys.
• To publish or schedule posts to the social accounts you connect — only the posts you choose, with the captions you approve.
• To run, secure and support the service, and to show you your usage and costs.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your uploads or creations to train AI models.

Who we share it with

• AI providers — OpenRouter (and the model providers it routes your request to) and Anthropic — receive the prompts, images and audio needed for each request you make, under your own API key.
• Social platforms — Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google (YouTube) and TikTok — receive the media and captions you choose to post.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the service for us, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

YouTube and Google

Connecting YouTube uses YouTube API Services. By connecting, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. We only upload the videos you choose and read your channel's name. You can revoke our access at any time in your Google security settings.

Facebook and Instagram

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, we use Meta's APIs only to list the Pages or account you choose to share and to publish the posts you send. You can remove Persona Studio at any time in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Apps and Websites; when you do, Meta tells us and we delete those connections — see Data deletion.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. Disconnecting a social account deletes its tokens right away. Deleting your account deletes your personas, uploads, creations, keys, connected accounts and usage records, including the files. [Backup retention: e.g. backups are overwritten within 30 days.]

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Most of this you can do in the app (Settings → Delete my account deletes everything); for anything else, email [privacy@aipersonastudio.com]. If you're in the EU, UK or California, you also have the rights your local law gives you, including complaining to your data protection authority.

Security

API keys and social tokens are encrypted at rest, passwords are hashed, and media links we give platforms are signed and expire.

Children

Persona Studio is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant.
